Those who have used the Parallel Versions Window for years may be used to using the button controls in that ran down the left side of the Parallel Versions Window and wonder why they have now disappeared in BibleWorks 10.
Recent changes to Windows necessitated a change in the Parallel Versions Window. This change makes the interface of the Parallel Versions Window more consistent with other parts of the program that use a browser window, it cannot be reversed to the prior buttons due to the fixes it brought to the window's functionality.
The spin buttons to move back or advance to the next chapter, book and verse remain on the upper left side and have been enlarged. However, the additional buttons formerly below them have become menu options found under the new hamburger button for each browser window in the Parallel Versions Window.
The options to Synchronize Browse Windows, Toggle Browse Mode, Change Version(s) and Limits, Turn on Strong's Ref Nums, Toggle Analysis Window and Turn Version Notes On are now available for each browser window in the button to "Click to choose Browse Window options" as illustrated below.
